This bath remodel was completed for the homeowner to enjoy, but designed for resale potential in mind; the space was large, but lacked privacy and storage. We kept all of the windows and the vaulted ceilings and reconfigured the layout, making the vanity twice the size, creating a spa-like wet room for the built-in tub and curbless shower area, moved the toilet and built a water closet for privacy.
