Black, Brass, Two Tone & More: Let’s Talk Fixtures

Fixtures can make a big difference in your home!

Move over brushed nickel - matte black, brushed brass, and two-tone faucets and fixtures are all the rage!  If you have been a long-time fan of the oil-rubbed bronze finish but not a fan of the maintenance, then the matte black finish will be your new best friend!  The matte black finish perfectly contrasts all the whites and grays we will no doubt continue to see in 2018, but it's sleek and refined, and you can find it in just about any manufacturer’s line!

Brass has been on the rise the last couple of years, and I have to admit, after living with it in the house I grew up in, I haven't been the biggest fan.  I did, however, have to take a second look at all of the brushed brass that is dominating the 2018 line of plumbing fixtures!  I think one of the biggest showstoppers at KBIS (Kitchen and Bath Industry Show) this year, was the ombre faucet by Kohler!

And for those of us that still love brushed nickel but want something a little different... maybe the two-tone (what I like to call 'the tuxedo') is more your pace...

Which of these options would you like to try in your kitchen or bath?  Have you seen something else you really like?

If you’re ready to upgrade your home fixtures and maybe your entire space - let’s talk about your ideal project today.
