A true (and honest!) lending expert! Char builds long-lasting relationships with her clients and is extremely involved and invested in her clients’ lending experience. She specializes in a variety of loans (including reverse mortgages) and has a thorough understanding of the lending market and the ever-changing landscape. She’s warm, friendly, sweet as can be, and makes sure you get the best loan and service available. There’s so much more to loans than the quick market update you get on the nightly news, and Char’s the expert that can break it all down for you!

Chris is a true craftsman, and I know he can build just about anything! We’ve completed numerous projects together, and Chris tackles everything (even the most challenging of tasks) with a big smile and a ‘can-do’ attitude. He takes pride in his work, and it shows. From the moment he joins a project, he’s involved in every detail, making sure the end result looks even better than anything we designed! Chris has built everything from custom kitchen and bath cabinets to fireplace mantles, to entertainment cabinets, and (one of my personal favorites to date), a custom mobile drawer set for a walk-in closet that had a glass top for jewelry display! He has his own shop, where everything is made and finished (painted or stained), and he and his crew will take care of the entire installation. He is a joy to work with, and I promise you’ll miss him when your project is completed!
