Home Sweet Home:
A Total Interior Touchup

This is what a homecoming is all about! This sweet home had been well loved and lived in, and after having rented the house to a family for many years, the homeowner decided it was time to come home to the house where she raised her children. Working within the same footprint, we updated the kitchen cabinets, countertops, and backsplash, re-finished the floors, painted the interior and exterior, and updated the bathroom cabinetry, countertops, flooring, and tub/shower. The end result is a beautiful house to call a forever home!

Project Details: This home had been a rental for many years and the homeowner decided it was time to move back in! We kept all of the walls and made the most of this small but mighty space with white cabinets, quartz countertops, glossy white subway tile, refinished hardwood floors, light paint and efficient storage. We selected a panel ready built in refrigerator so the kitchen wasn’t overwhelmed with stainless steel from the dishwasher, microwave, oven, warming drawer, and cooktop. The hood has a glass bottom to minimize its visual impact over the peninsula. We remodeled the guest bath in addition to the kitchen and updated the fireplace, refinished the floors and painted the lower family room.
