Kitchen and Primary Bath Remodels in La Selva Beach, California.
This beautiful home is surrounded by ocean views and the homeowners wanted the interior to reflect the natural beauty of the exterior. We brought a bit of everyday luxury to the primary bath with an oversized soaking tub, dual headed shower for two, and separate vanities. The bath floor gives a visual that feels a bit like looking out over sand, we selected a beautiful array of blue tile for the massive shower, and topped the space off with blue hued glass for the shower - and - a frosted glass door leading to the primary bedroom. And the kitchen?! Smooth white built-in cabinetry, lots of storage that makes everyday a little easier, and beautiful wood touches that feel like a little slice of paradise.

The kitchen had a full wall separating it from the dining room and while there were plenty of windows to take in the view, removing the interior wall and replacing the windows with an expansive sliding glass door system really brought the kitchen and dining areas together (and capitalized on the awesome views!). The kitchen features custom stained, reeded island cabinets, custom painted shaker perimeter cabinets, Wolf and SubZero appliances, honed marble countertops, with a decorative tile accent and brass fixtures.
The primary bath on the upper level was created from a spare room - but we kept all of the existing windows and tray ceiling in place and created a spacious ‘his and hers’ style space - his and hers vanities, a steam shower for two (with his and hers handheld shower heads!), a beautiful soaking tub, and even his and hers toilets! The primary bath features a porcelain herringbone floor tile, Fireclay glass tile on the shower walls, Island Stone sliced pebble on the shower floor, Silestone slabs and Brizo chrome plumbing fixtures.
